Getting Started

It is a connected studio management platform for filmmakers, production teams, studios, and digital creators. It brings planning, production, budgeting, collaboration, publishing, and audience workflows into one workspace.

Sign in or create an account, then open the dashboard. From there you can set up your profile, create a project, explore production tools, and review the available studio modules.

Yes. The dashboard and public pages are responsive and designed to work on modern mobile, tablet, and desktop browsers.

Open the profile menu in the top navigation and choose Account or Profile. You can update your name, mobile number, avatar, and password from there.

Production & Projects

The platform includes project planning, scripts, call sheets, casting, equipment bookings, locations, budgeting, credits, presentations, post-production, and other production workflow tools.

Yes. Projects are kept in the studio workspace so you can create, organize, and access multiple productions according to your account permissions.

Team collaboration depends on the project roles and permissions configured for your workspace. Add the appropriate users and assign access through the available administration controls.

Supported production areas provide preview and export actions where available, including documents such as call sheets, budgets, invoices, and presentation materials.

OTT Platform

The upcoming OTT experience is being built as a home for films, series, originals, and creator-led content. It will connect content publishing, discovery, viewing, and audience insights.

The launch date is shown on the OTT Launch page. The countdown and roadmap are updated as the platform moves through preparation, connection, and expansion stages.

Planned capabilities include a streaming library, viewer profiles, watchlists, curated discovery, creator dashboards, audience analytics, multi-screen access, and expanded digital distribution.

Use the Helpdesk page and select Feature Request as the query type. Include the feature, use case, and audience benefit so the team can understand your suggestion clearly.

Billing & Access

Packages and billing are managed through the account and billing areas available to your workspace. Your available options may depend on the package, role, and modules enabled by the administrator.

Submit a Helpdesk request using Billing & Payments. Include the relevant transaction reference, date, and a short explanation. Do not include passwords or private payment credentials.

Some areas are protected by login, role, package, or administrator permissions. Confirm that you are signed in with the correct account, then contact your administrator or submit an Account & Access request.

Use the password reset option on the sign-in page. If you cannot access the reset flow, submit a Helpdesk request with Account & Access selected.

Security & Privacy

Access is controlled through authenticated sessions, account roles, administrator permissions, and protected application routes. Keep your password private and sign out when using a shared device.

Submit a Helpdesk request with the subject “Data removal request”. Use the email address associated with your account so the team can verify and process the request.

Never send passwords, payment card numbers, private keys, authentication codes, or other secrets. Share only the minimum project or account information needed to investigate the issue.

Support

Open About > Helpdesk, complete the query form, and submit your request. You will receive a ticket number that can be used to identify your request later.

If you are signed in, your submitted requests appear in the Helpdesk request history. If you submitted as a guest, keep the ticket number from the confirmation message for follow-up.

Include the page or feature name, what you expected, what happened, the steps that caused the issue, and any useful non-sensitive error details.

The Helpdesk is the right place for anything not covered in these FAQs. Choose General Support and describe your question in as much practical detail as possible.
